Ittela's leadership journey includes pivotal roles at global firms such as Truckstop.com, Trapeze Group, Masabi, Zenoti, Avison Young, Global Knowledge, BBC Media Action, UNDP, and Ogilvy & Mather, where she has consistently delivered innovation and revenue growth through strategic initiatives and programs.
In 2022, Ittela co-founded ReMendIt, a pioneering property management and building operations software, alongside Jeff Moore. She also directs I M Creative Lab, a non-profit dedicated to fostering cultural diversity through performing arts.
