With over two decades of experience, Ittela Ali is a distinguished consultant renowned for her expertise in organizational change management, revenue operations, GTM enablement, and learning and development solutions across North America and the UK. Her strategic acumen has driven transformative projects for leading SaaS, Public Services, and Financial Services organizations. Ittela's leadership journey includes pivotal roles at global firms such as Truckstop.com, Trapeze Group, Masabi, Zenoti, Avison Young, Global Knowledge, BBC Media Action, UNDP, and Ogilvy & Mather, where she has consistently delivered innovation and revenue growth through strategic initiatives and programs.

In 2022, Ittela co-founded ReMendIt, a pioneering property management and building operations software, alongside Jeff Moore. She also directs I M Creative Lab, a non-profit dedicated to fostering cultural diversity through performing arts. A certified Prosci Change Practitioner, Ittela commands a comprehensive skill set in change management frameworks, BPM tools, ERP and GTM systems, and advanced sales methodologies. Her accolades, including the BBC Reith Award for Best Craft in New Media and the City of Toronto's Honor of Community Development, underscore her ability to nurture stakeholder relationships and lead complex projects, continually achieving transformative outcomes for her clients.
